Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data requirements to drive strategic decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, requirements specs, and user stories
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and Excel to track KPIs
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements
- Validate data integrity and recommend process improvements
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
