Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Facilitate workshops and translate technical jargon into business-friendly language
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports using SQL and Excel
- Support system implementation and user acceptance testing
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating requirement documentation and process modeling
