Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and user stories using industry-standard tools.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable reports to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirement gathering tools like JIRA or Confluence.
