Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate technical specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to define project scope
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to identify key insights
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and documentation of system changes
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum) preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
