Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements using methodologies like BPMN and user stories
- Create detailed specifications for system enhancements and new feature implementations
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or professional services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred
