Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop interactive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend data-driven solutions
- Validate test cases and support UAT phases
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful business process optimization projects
