Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to gather and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional requirements using UML and process modeling tools.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to identify pain points and drive solutions for business stakeholders.
- Design and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and test plans.
- Conduct gap analysis between current state processes and proposed technical solutions to recommend optimal strategies.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the requirements gathering phase.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with requirement management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Visio.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
