Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams
- Validate solutions against business objectives and recommend improvements
- Track project progress and deliverables using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in contract/daily pay roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
- Knowledge of financial systems or SaaS platforms preferred
