- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards to track business performance
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
