Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business requirements gathering and documentation
- Design and implement data visualization solutions using Tableau/Power BI
- Analyze complex datasets to identify process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts to business language
- Develop detailed process flows and UML diagrams
- Create financial models and ROI projections for strategic initiatives
- Maintain JIRA backlogs and track project KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with SaaS or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with process mapping and gap analysis
- Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines
