Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and specifications
- Design and maintain data models using SQL and Excel
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate JIRA and Confluence-based agile ceremonies
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling visualizations
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- PMP or CBAP certification preferred
- Experience in energy sector highly desirable
