Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document requirements, workflows, and data models using industry-standard tools
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for executive leadership
- Validate test cases and ensure project deliverables meet business needs
- Maintain detailed documentation and process maps for audit compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in deadline-driven environments
