Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and quality assurance testing
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with process mapping (BPMN) and requirements gathering
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Local Baltimore candidates strongly preferred
