Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and data flows to design optimal process improvements
- Create detailed documentation including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate stakeholder needs
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track business objectives
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
