Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate complex requirements into actionable insights
- Create detailed documentation (BRDs, user stories, wireframes)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Validate solutions against business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables required
