- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to leadership
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with business goals
- Validate deliverables through testing and user acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with daily pay contract work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industries a plus
- Ability to work independently and deliver daily deliverables
