Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping sessions
- Develop data models and create detailed documentation
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence workshops and sprint planning
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain project documentation and requirements traceability
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in agile environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) strongly preferred
- Experience with healthcare or financial systems compliance (HIPAA/GLBA)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering process optimization projects
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent contracts
