Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Design and validate data models for reporting dashboards
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend optimization strategies
- Track project progress using Agile methodologies (Jira/Confluence)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with daily pay contract history
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in gaming, hospitality, or fintech industries
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
