Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align project objectives
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams and data models
- Validate solution deliverables against business requirements
- Generate executive dashboards and performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) preferred
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work with ambiguous requirements and deliver under tight deadlines
