Responsibilities
- Document business requirements and process flows using UML diagrams and wireframes
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Develop detailed functional specifications for technical teams
- Validate system changes through user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Present findings to executive leadership using compelling data visualizations
- Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams to ensure requirements alignment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of delivering projects on aggressive timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
