- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced contract environments
