Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and project scope
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system documentation
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with development teams during implementation phases
- Validate solutions against business objectives through UAT
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in SaaS or enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and Power BI
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of documenting requirements in UML/SRS formats
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
