Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and process flows
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and Power BI to identify trends
- Create detailed wireframes and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate JIRA/Confluence backlog grooming and sprint planning
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling dashboards
- Support UAT testing and documentation of business rules
- Identify process improvement opportunities with ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or healthcare
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong background in requirements gathering and user story mapping
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Local Baltimore candidates preferred for occasional on-site meetings
