Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business needs
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
- Design interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure solutions align with compliance standards (HIPAA, SOX)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
