Responsibilities

- Present findings through executive dashboards and visual reports
- Facilitate workshops to drive consensus on project deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong documentation skills with UML/SW modeling experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred but not required
