Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear documentation using Visio or similar tools.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct gap analyses and create roadmaps for process improvements.
- Monitor project metrics and report progress to management regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executives.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA is highly preferred.
