- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in finance/insurance sectors
- Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation (BPMN, UML)
- Advanced SQL skills with data modeling experience
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio
- Strong problem-solving with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
