Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for executive reporting
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align business objectives
- Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data interpretation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Experience documenting requirements in Agile/Scrum environments
