Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Validate data integrity and provide actionable recommendations
- Support UAT and implementation phases of new solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or consulting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong data modeling and process mapping skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions
