Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
