Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and support decision-making
- Conduct data analysis using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to uncover trends
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to leadership teams
- Support system implementation and user acceptance testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or tech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including PivotTables/VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
