We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and delivering data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis and create comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
- Design and implement process improvements using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication between IT and business units.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Identify trends and pain points in current business operations to recommend solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the DC metropolitan area.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
