Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions that enhance operational performance.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive process maps, user stories, and system requirements documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to generate reports and dashboards that support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Agile Support: Collaborate with product owners and scrum teams to ensure successful sprint delivery and backlog management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desirable.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex business issues.
