Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flow diagrams
- Create and maintain dashboards for performance metrics and KPI tracking
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Translate technical requirements into clear business specifications
- Validate data integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift flexibility
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
