Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and proposed solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and use cases.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
