Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication between business units and IT teams.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions and conduct UAT testing.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Experience with requirements gathering tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
