Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and analysis to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, Stakeholders) to define project scope and deliverables.
- Design and maintain detailed process flows, wireframes, and use cases.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize business performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing regular updates and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
