Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and desired future states.
- Design and validate business process models, flowcharts, and diagrams using Visio or similar tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into functional technical specifications.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate the go-to-market strategy for new solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project lifecycles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
