Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain business process documentation, user stories, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring everyone is aligned on project objectives.
- Reporting: Support the creation of reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. (Graduates welcome!)
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus but not required.
