Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Process Modeling: Develop and maintain process maps and wireframes to visualize business workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship experience is a plus.
