What You'll Do
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders. You will be instrumental in defining project scopes, documenting requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of our software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Jira.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with software developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables, identifying risks early and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Create and deliver training materials and presentations to educate staff on new processes and system changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI is a plus).
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
