Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and document functional requirements
- Develop process flows, data models, and user stories using Agile methodologies
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed business cases with ROI projections for proposed solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Implement and maintain requirements traceability matrices
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in requirements management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements for enterprise systems
- Experience with stakeholder management across C-suite and technical teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presentation experience
