Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories using UML and BPMN standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance) to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and test plans.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC life cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and driving projects to completion.
