Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process maps, wireframes, and system specifications to guide the development team.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis between current systems and future state requirements to recommend solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams, product managers, and business units to ensure clear communication.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate that solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
