Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for new and existing projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for the development team.
- Create detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications using Visio or similar tools.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify pain points and propose effective solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting on KPIs and milestone achievements.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards before deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
