Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and process flows.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, use cases, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Agile Support: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
