Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and pain points.</li><li>Create and maintain detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and user stories.</li><li>Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.</li><li>Analyze data to generate actionable insights and present findings to management.</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in the implementation of new methodologies.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional project updates.</li><li>Track project milestones and communicate risks to the project manager in a timely manner.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work part-time hours, including potential evenings or weekends as project needs arise.</li></ul>
