Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support implementation of new systems and measure post-launch performance
- Maintain and update documentation for business processes and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
