In this role, you will act as the vital link between our clients and our development teams, ensuring that every solution delivered meets business objectives and exceeds user expectations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering and analysis for various projects, including stakeholder interviews, surveys, and workshops.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation such as user stories, process flows, wireframes, and system diagrams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and validate business solutions.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools (e.g., ERWin, Lucidchart).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Visio.
