Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Process Mapping: Develop process flows, use cases, and wireframes to visualize system interactions.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall processes.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
